This is a free program to get you up and racing, whether it’s hitting you PBs , finding motivation or increasing your distance we will support your running goals.

Fall in love with running and get fit while having fun, our running group will meet weekly to keep each other accountable. Hit the pavement running in a supportive environment whether you’re a veteran runner or a first timer, we are here to help you go the distance!
